Let's Make Art Matter for Jennifer- April 2022 Watercolor
Share
Each month the Let’s Make Art community comes together to provide support for someone through their art. This month we invite you to create a special postcard for Jennifer.Jennifer works as the ESL coordinator for Mid-State Literacy Council, a non-profit community-based adult English language/literacy program in Pennsylvania. She began working in this position during the pandemic and already many students rely on her to coordinate their English language classes. Because of the pandemic, the community of students, teachers, and staff were removed from her location. She was new and alone at the office for months while working so incredibly hard to help everyone remotely, making sure that they could attend their classes and get all the teaching materials and prep that they needed. Jennifer has helped many students, teachers, and volunteers during this crazy time, and continues to do so.
Follow this special tutorial in her honor and come together as a community to bring a smile to her face with your beautiful postcard!
If you would like to send a card, a stamped postcard is included in the Wild Growth Watercolor Box along with all supplies needed.

Sarah, you are such an inspiration to me! Each time I watch a Let’s Make Art Matter video you remind me how important it is to reach out to others and let them know that they are important and that they matter. I can get wrapped up in my own life and go down a rabbit hole or two now and then. You remind me that being kind and attending to the needs of others is also a way to care for myself. Thank you!! ❤️❤️❤️
