Let's Make Art Matter for Sara-August 2019
Share
On March 19th, 2019, Deputy Ryan Thompson was killed in the line of duty. His death rocked the entire county and Washington State. To know Ryan, even for a little while, meant he was special to you. He was extremely kind and loved serving the community. An inmate, after finding out about Thompson's death, was quoted saying: "He was the nicest person who ever arrested me."
Approximately 3,000 people attended his public service. He was a great father and husband who is terribly missed. Join us in making art matter for his widow Sara and their family this month. We invite you to paint along.
A pre-stamped and addressed postcard was included in your August Watercolor Subscription box.
If you are not a subscriber and would like to participate, please email hello@letsmakeart.com for the address.
Thank you for making art matter with us!

Dear Sarah, My prayer is that God will comfort you and your family. He is there for you everyday in sunshine and the rain. Feel His loving arms around you. He promises to take care of the widows and children. Becky Clark , Bedford PA
Dear Sarah and family, My prayer is that you know that God will continue to comfort you and your loved ones. Just think of Ryan as your angel looking down on you with a smile that says he loves you and he is at peace.
