Let's Make Art Matter for Uplands PEAK Sanctuary- May 2020 Art Journal
Michelle and Mark co-founded Uplands PEAK Sanctuary for farm animals in 2014. It's open to the public and they also provide educational tours. They have more than 40 animals including cows, pigs, goats, chickens, and turkeys that will all live out their full lives here.
As could be expected running an animal rescue comes with loads of heartbreak, and is a 24/7 job. This combination often causes burnout. Both Michelle and Mark love art and colors so their's no doubt that receiving postcards would warm their hardworking, passionate, authentic hearts.
